Yoga combines breathing techniques and meditation along with physical exercises. As with everything in life, yoga is effective but it will only work if you work at it.

The majority of yoga practices include some type of balancing in the poses. For many people, it is not easy to find a balance, in their voice, without some form of voice coaching from their teacher trainer.
Your balance will improve greatly and the peace and satisfaction you feel at the end of each session puts you precisely in the mood for a deep meditation. That may leave you little time to take on other exercise routines. It is not enough to reserve a time for yoga if you can't put your all into the practice.
Yoga is not what you keep to yourself, bring in one or two friends and have a good time. Baby steps everyone .
