fold yoga mat yoga guide

Yoga is done by sitting, standing or lying down on a mat. You always need to be developing your skills as a Yoga Teacher.

You may recall an instructor who really helped you achieve something that surprised you. Do not risk harm by attempting to perform exercises without consulting a trained yoga teacher or without seeking medical advice from a doctor. A teacher can also help you go a little deeper into a pose so you get the most from your practice.

Do not practice only your best poses, but also work on poses you struggle with as well. Your balance will improve greatly and the peace and satisfaction you feel at the end of each session puts you precisely in the mood for a deep meditation. Its aim is to unite the mind, body and spirit and if it is given the right tools and right environment, the body can find harmony and heal itself.

Lastly, regular Yoga practice will lower stress levels, allowing you to sleep better, and feel energized the next morning. Yoga leaves us little time to rest our minds and relax.
